How to return the goods?
Please pay attention to an explanation of the return conditions before returning the parcel.
The following circumstances are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of return.
You can print a return form in your account. However, if you wish to return refrigerated medications or prescription products, we ask that you first contact our customer service department to clarify the next steps. This avoids unnecessary costs.
Please use secure packaging for return shipment, preferably the original packaging of your order. You can send the package to the post office. Please save the receipt.
Return of money paid after return of the ordered goods
As soon as the goods you ordered earlier come back, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us regarding receipt. After checking the goods, the invoice amount will be returned immediately. It can take up to 14 days, depending on the payment method. In the event of a full refund, we will also refund the return costs. We do not reimburse express delivery costs.
The refund will be made to the bank account from which the payment was made.
